Stone Cladding

Here you can see we also specialise in stone cladding. It like the missing piece to a puzzle when doing an installation. It just makes it all pop out even more and make it have a smooth finish to the overall installation. We are masters of the cladding trade. And can install to anyone anywhere.

Stone cladding is a refined or thin layer of natural/artificial stone, which is applied to an interior (or exterior) wall, to give the effect that it is made entirely of stone

Below is a step by step

example of our installation.

STEP 1

Here is the very begining of are (Kratki MBZ13 guillotine) insert stove installation.

We made an empty corner come to use with no existing chimney or a wall for insert.

We made our own wall out of fire proof silka board and added some stone of customers choice to make it stand out.

We put the stone on some bricks for the needed height, connected the chimney sealed it with (Non flamable Rock Wool) and finally added a external air pipe.

STEP 2

In this image we put up the fire proof silka boards which are strong enough to hold air vents and the stone once put up.

This board is paintable aswell so its your opinion if you want to paint it. Or for us to put up any stone of your choice.

As you see the openings at the top and bottom are for the air vents to prevent to much heat staying in the wall which could cause cracks and further unpleasnt actions.

FINISHED PRODUCT

Here is the finished product with the air vents in and the stone glued on with are special heat proof glue. Which doesnt let the glue crack and allow the stone to fall off.

This many air vents isnt necessary we only fited that much as customer decided it would look better with more vents. (Not every wall insert needs vents) we inspect and then decide which needs vents and which dont.

We have also fitted a black hearth which is part of building requlations.

For hearths we have many options from granite to glass and slate hearths and many differnet colours its all about your preference.
